At milk_shake, we want you to love your hair care routine as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to milk_shake
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
